Revowrap is an engineered composite solution used to restore damaged critical assets back to the original design
specification. Each repair is engineered using ASME Pcc2 or ISO TS 24817 codes. Carbontech engineers can perform
FEA (Finite Element Analysis) on both the damaged piping systems and the Revowrap composite system. Our system
reinforces piping in both axial and hoop directions and operates in -50°C to 211°C. It can be applied via hand
lamination or infusion without system shutdown and suits various pipe sizes, substrates, and configurations.

1. The client provides Carbontech with an anomaly description through an engineering assessment form.
2. Carbontech engineers deliver repair recommendations using ASME Pcc2 and/or ISO TS 24817, signed by internal PE engineers.
3. Project-specific or kit-based materials are supplied.
4. Installation and quality control are done by trained distributors or asset owners.
5. Quality documentation is sent back to Carbontech for assurance and warranty validation.
