1. SeaShield 500 System

Uses
Extra heavy duty encapsulation system for steel, concrete and timber jetty piles, bridge supports, offshore riser pipes and conductors.

SeaShield Series 500 System comprises the SeaShield Fibre-Form Jacket and SeaShield 550 Epoxy Grout. The system can be applied above and/or below water with inexpensive pumping equipment or poured into the pile jacket. The Series 500 system is tough, durable and provides the ultimate protection to restore steel, concrete and timber piles.

The New SeaShield 500 System is comprised of a fibre-form jacket which is a high quality formulation Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) and SeaShield 550 Epoxy Grout.

The Fibre-Form Jacket is provided with a vertical closure and is available in a range of thicknesses. Non-corrosive standoffs (grout-spacers) can be used inside the jacket to maintain proper spacing around the piling when pumping or pouring the SeaShield 550 Epoxy Grout.

2. Rigspray

Uses
Rigspray has been designed specifically for the long term protection of steel structures exposed to corrosive marine environments. It is ideally suited for the use in the oil industry on offshore structures in areas such as splash zones, underdeck areas, riser pipes and, with the simple introduction of a non-slip element, it is ideally suited for helidecks, main deck surfaces and all areas subject to extreme mechanical damage and erosion.

The one-coat polyester coating which offers the traditional characteristics of glass flake reinforced systems with additional benefits. This enhanced material can be applied by airless spray to achieve a dry film thickness of 750-1000 microns in a single coat.

Rigspray is a product of the company’s continuing research and development program and has been produced in our laboratories for use with hot sea water and oil. Samples of this lining which were immersed in sea water at 100°C were unaffected after 6 months with no loss of hardness, gloss or bond to the substrate.

3. SeaShield 100 System

Uses
SeaShield Series 100 system provides protection for steel, concrete and timber structures in the splash and intertidal zones. SeaShield Series 100 seals the Substrate against oxygen and water, preventing corrosion and deterioration.

Series 100 can be used to encapsulate jetty piles, offshore riser pipes and exposed piping in the splash and intertidal zones. It accommodates piles with cylindrical, hexagonal, square and H cross sections, as well as support members and bracing’s.

The SeaShield 100 Series System provides a cost effective and easily applied method for the control of corrosion in the splash and inter tidal zones on jetty piling.

This system consists of the following components:

  • Denso Paste S105
  • Denso Marine Piling Tape
  • Jackets & Banding

4. SeaShield 2000 FD System

Uses
SeaShield 2000FD heavy duty System provides protection for steel, concrete and timber structures in the splash and intertidal zones. SeaShield Series 2000FD Heavy Duty system seals the substrate against oxygen and water, preventing corrosion and deterioration.

Series 2000FD Heavy Duty can be used to encapsulate jetty piles, offshore riser pipes and exposed piping in the splash and intertidal zones. It accommodates piles with cylindrical sections, as well as support members and bracings.

The SeaShield 2000 FD System has a robust construction and is proven in worldwide sea conditions. The tough HDPE outer jacket is secured with stainless steel bolts through a simple closure system.

This system consists of the following components:

  • Denso Paste S105
  • Denso Marine Piling Tape
  • HDPE Jackets & Stainless Steel SS316 bolts
